How early should you be submitting your posts?
A week early should be fine. But if you want to submit them earlier, it would be fine, too. If your book is free / discounted today, you may also submit your post but I can't promise to publish it on time, or at all.
Does it cost anything?
No. It does not.
What if I have multiple eBooks to submit?
Go ahead. That's okay.
